You add them as you need them. Beyond the first five, each additional line is €35 a month. If you cross into a new line mid-cycle we pro-rate it, so there's no surprise invoice.

Not in the usual sense. A time-boxed free trial doesn't really fit here. Using the platform end to end means updating your own processes, labelling SOPs and workflows, which isn't something you'd do inside a two-week trial. What we do offer, on request, is a free sandbox: a live environment where you can load your own documents, try the workflows, and see for yourself whether the system fits before you commit. Yes. You cancel at the end of the current month, with no minimum term and no exit interview.
They're free. A product still in clinical investigation, or otherwise not yet placed on the market, doesn't count towards your product-line total. You only pay for lines that are commercially available. When a product goes to market, it joins the count from that point.
No. Admin users are unlimited, and every feature is included from the first product line. Nothing is gated behind a bigger tier.
